Luca Verzichelli is Professor of Political science at the University of Siena, Department of Social, political and cognitive sciences. He is currently serving as Rector’s delegate for International Affairs. Chair of the Italian Association of Political Science and member of the Executive of the Coimbra Group of European Universities. He has extensively published in several fields, including political élites, comparative political institutions, history of political science and European studies.
